Come help the Museum’s Green Team celebrate Food Waste Prevention Week with a workshop on food preservation! Learn how to water bath can passionfruit jelly, how to make strawberry freezer jam, and how to make herb salt! Food preservation is a wonderful way to make summer’s bounty last all year. Participants will get samples of our products to take home and instructions on how to create your own masterpieces. Workshop is free but registration is required. REGISTER HERE
